I would add that Provini and Lundin haven't sold a share.

Also, Lundin bought shares in the last private placement. He also excercized warrants last May.

Why? Simple, The LPD Process And All Of It's Applications!!!

Despite some insider selling over the years, the majority of insiders still own a significant amount of shares, warrants, and/or options (why, I don't know):
