Well it depends... if you use restricted shares than there are 300million out and 5% would be 15million shares.

If you were to use public float it would be...
.05 x 103,000,000 ~ 5million shares

Next year looks to be 133million public float, with some restricted shares being released over the next year as well.

Share structure is favorable for a squeeze at these current prices. Chart looks primed to go.
