What in the wide world of sports is going on here ? I've been in Austin the last couple of days and I come back and read about three hundred posts that says we are in turmoil again. When I left we had just made what I thought were two good hires to move this company forward. This type of maneuver is not what we need at this time. We need to head in a direction that is going to be in our best interest. I am now convinced that Dave Williams does not , if it is true he filed an injunction in Delaware have shareholder's best interests. Please someone correct me if I am wrong, but did not the company move to Houston ? It is also my opinion that the settlement is clearly in our favor. We get all the patent rights in US. He gets all the foreign patents plus 28% of T Mobile settlement. It is going to be harder for him I think. I keep hearing about Turrini being a convicted felon, can someone verify that with facts?
