popeyemag: SEC REPORTING

I personally do not see anything wrong with your reporting Kuni to the SEC. He has been feeding us carrots for almost 2 years now and it is time that Kuni either "Play ball" or "go home" ! Enough is definately enough. If the stock goes "belly up" we will be no worse off than we are today because we have virtually "NOTHING" to really show for our investment as of the Market close today. Bearing this in mind, if the SEC Halts trading, we are really no worse off than we are just sitting here with the price of the stock where it is today.

This is just "reality" - Kuni need to either "fish or cut bait" !
Kuni has dragged us along for a long time and it is definately time for Kuni and Maxwell to "come clean" with the investors instead of the continual "stalls" with "lame excuses" ! Kuni either has a 'deal' or he has 'no deal' ! Who knows, at this point in time ? We have no factual proof that a DEAL has be put together, other than a bunch of e-mails and excuses.....What kind of CEO management is that ? It is sort of like "shooting darts" but there is NO Board to HIT.

IMHO - you definately did the RIGHT THING by contacting the SEC. If you will publish the telephone number, I will call the SEC also ! Maybe if the SEC had 50 or 60 telephone calls about Kuni, they will float this case to the upper portion of their list of "Thing to Do" and come up with some facts for us !
