im amazed at the lack of knowledge regarding the stock market that exists on this board...for a time i thought some here had a better understanding of how things worked...its amazing to see how truly little most actually know...

manshoon, i think i get it...you checked and were unable to determine if there is an sec investigation...you have no knowledge of one existing...

you would think everyone would be quite happy about that...i have no idea what some were saying about your statement being somehow devious...lol

just for general edification, the sec can conduct an inquiry after complaints are made...those inquiries are not public knowledge and will never be acknowledged by the sec as being active...if an inquiry turns into an investigation they will still usually not confirm one is taking place...but usually by that time its obvious...

again, just saying thats how its done....i also have no knowledge of any inquiries or investigations taking place by anyone regarding kblb...(oops, i said the "I" word)..

but of course i havent checked either because i really dont care...it doesnt concern me in the least..

Mojo, I recognize how truly blessed we are to have you participate in this board, especially when you repeatedly make it clear you don't care about much of anything and will not do a thing to understand the company. To have someone with such a stance willing to share with us is rare.

My guess is most everyone is aware that investigations can take place at any time and we may very well know nothing about it. Manshoon has been unable to find any trace of evidence to support an investigation is currently under way with KBLB. Instead of answering the question directly, he, the man who constantly picks quotes apart and looks for inconsistencies, flaws, nuance, etc, chooses to, instead of answering the question, make a statement about the illegality of a random post on a message board, were it ever later proved to be true.

I know you don't like to pay too close attention to much of anything because, like you've said countless times, none of it really matters to you, but, like Manshoon, ZF, Mike, ES, JB2, King, etc, etc, etc, some here are concerned with things as minute as the way a question is answered. Surely you've gathered that in perusing the board. Even an uninterested review of posts would show you that.

I appreciate your input on this and other matters, especially since it almost exclusively is to put down someone else or the board in general or highlight your brilliance. It's of great benefit to me and others I'm sure.

You call for facts but don't want to provide any yourself. You constantly point out you don't care about much of anything but inevitably jump in to point out flaws in others. You'll pile on about nuance but rebuke people for trying to "read too much into" your quotes. You tend to back up those raising questions/concerns rather than compliment any scientific or other data that may lead to positive feelings towards the company. It's almost as if you're trying to create uncertainty or uneasiness, maybe as much for sport as financial gain. Maybe both.

You're a self proclaimed trader who undoubtedly likes the volatility that comes with uncertainty. I'm sure you're good at what you do. I don't see how it adds any value to this or any other board but it is what it is. That's the beauty of the internet and message boards.

Happy trading.

All in my opinion, of course.
