What exactly is yours? I have seen fraudulent press releases and bs uploads on pinksheets, endless postings on a message board, and attempts by you to ruin any common shareholder value, so probably my newspaper boy is more qualified than you. He at least hits my porch every day and knows how to deliver value daily, unfortunately you only know how to sell cheap paper that only delivers value to you and your "friends".

I don't know Tom, Dick, or Harry, but I know a serial stock scammer when I see one and you should have your picture up their on the "screw them all" hall of shame. Dean is most likely just an old fool that was easily lead to do your bidding, but I have no doubt you have known from day one what you were doing. I want my money back, and while I am an old man with less retirement dollars thanks to you, I plan on being around long enough to see you and your posse pay.

I think Tom is probably a legit businessman, but he could certainly learn a few lessons from you about changing documents!

Notice the changes! The second one is the filing at pink sheets which Joe's wife filed for him. Notice how 3.2 has been changed!
Notice how Carpathia's name has disappeared from section 3.3, and notice how 3.4 has been removed from the origional agreement all together!

I just read through that contract and it looks clear to these old eyes, Quasar had an option that they failed to convert. I have been around son and that is breach of contract, so instead of posting all the bs, why don't you actually try to run the dam business and create some value. Hell, anyone reading your posts would think you were a pimp for a law firm instead of the CEO of a public company. Maybe the only way to settle this is for the shareholders to sue you for fraud. I might as well use the rest of my savings here, anyone know a good securities attorney?
