Notice how quickly The Good Judge Taylor "Dispatched" both
Dean's and Joe's Pfd.A share "issue" with a quick flip of the pen?
IMHO, the "Disappearing 151 " will magically "unretire" after
Judge Taylor and/or some other Good Judges starts asking some
very uncomfortable questions or has the nerve to demand that
"Real Documents" be produced.
THEN the 442 "Non-Problem" will be settled.
So much ink being devoted to a NON-PROBLEM...
