DW never complied with any laws. Forced himself into the board, kept the records hostage, attempted to run the company and almost lost it, has acted unethically, most likely kept some of the records for himself, tried to sue any attorney associated with the company when they didn't agree with his aggressive go-nowhere attitude. If he's not bi-polar then he's the biggest crook this company has ever seen
