I took a dislike of PVSP and of the MLM Global Verge when the ZER01 fiasco was revealed, in July 2009.
I bashed Global Verge on scam.com until the company disappeared into oblivion.
I don't "wish" PVSP to fail. I'm just watching it fail with glee. Maybe it's a distinction without a difference.

And the company is still failing. I expect the 2011 10-K will be catastrophic.

Most of the companies I hound end up in bankruptcy, or get delisted by the SEC.
All except one, that was Gateway. Gateway managed to sell its assets to Acer, its liabilities to MPC.
