Hunter, believe me I am clear on all that. My issue with Grubes post was in response to the following:

"People are playing for real money outside the U.S. with the software ATIG/TGN/Cake is providing."

Simply not the case. Cake is simply the poker provider for the TGN. When it goes live the Cake platform will be the one used and Cake will benefit either through a license payment or a share of revenue I assume.
