Now, before you get nervous, the original acquistions took a bit of time. More time than most here thought would take and a lot of people had doubts and fled.
I've been invested with Shaka since it was a shoe company. I was holding shares when Mr. James Scott took it over.
I will tell you this as a fact: Whatever Mr. Scott has promised, he has delivered on. Not always on my timing or to my liking, but he has delivered.
Before, he did not release names of companies until it was as good as a "done deal". Since we have these 2 named, I'm assuming we are waiting for ink to dry or formalities to take place.
There has been some dilution of stock, but it is clear that this is for funding to make these acquisitions happen. As the company is now producing revenue and will continue to ramp up, I believe that dilution is over and not to be revisited.
