OR, since they seemed close to a deal in November - the December 31 date is the 'last possible day' for it to be completed.

I'm wondering if they may not want to complete the whole deal this calendar year and before another quarter comes to a close. Who wants to file another Q?

We'll know when it comes, and not before.
