Well, I don't make stuff up. I was wrong about the pr from SYSCO and I openly acknowledged that. I have asked some seriouys questions and you have tried to discredit my personality as a way of not having to answer them.

I have written someone who is more knowledgeable than I am (or anyone else on this board it seems) about share counts. Either he will post here directly or get back to me and I will convey what he says, but I will defer to his judgement.
