Building Purchase Reply from Howard:

We closed on a lease/purchase agreement. This gives us the time to either get up the cash or get a mortgage. We recently recurved a mortage commitment but are not satisfied with the terms. We continue to look for a better term. Wooten considered that transaction a purchase and The contract says that.
