After the IR changes take place the new IR team will need to review anything that is not finalized and move forward in the best possible manner for the company and their shareholders !!this would include the ss changes that were announced @ an earlier date!!

Please tell me what you don't understand about this,so as I can try to explain it in a more understandable manner!!
