This is the hidden sentence and give away!

The company plans to present full results from the study at a medical conference in 2012.

If you are announcing that you will present data that you do not have yet on a conference (certainly one related to the medical field concerned) then you know where your presentation is heading. Pure bad results would just be PRed and over and out with, hoping everyone forgets your PR ASAP.

If however you are going to present "full results" and a conference takes you as a speaker/presenter then you convinced them that you have something to say that is "Conference worthy"! Normally that is not an announcement of failure of a past clinical trial!

It also gives away they'll have those results this year and will not start any other trial for that specific aspect. In short : they are not telling us everything for a reason :)

Or do i see this wrong?
