Actually your 'facts' are not correct. He saved the files from the office they abandoned and has used money from his own pocket in support of this company. So now they have financials after not willing to work with him to audit them, which was not his responsibility. So they have them now, what have they done? Continue to delay, waste time and money instead of moving forward. Work with him, instead of blaming him, delaying, lying, and making excuses for not doing their fiduciary responsibility. Where's the settlement agreement due months ago? Now they are fired, we can move forward after the judge invalidates this illegal vote they held to keep their positions with the company. Hold an election for new officers/BOD.
