this is yesterday's data from finra

20111228|JBII|120774|0|249871|O = 48.3%

link for the above *data*

http://regsho.finra.org/regsho-Index.html

now there were 3 ah t trades (they bypass daily reg sho notice
they aren't included in the *total* volume reported to finra)

$2.3100 5,253 OTO 16:26:22
$2.4494 5,253 OTO 16:26:17
$2.3100 1,500 OTO 16:00:06

these 3 t trades *total* 12,006

link to quote media re: JBII trades yesterday

http://www.quotemedia.com/results.php?qm_page=35242&qm_symbol=JBII

====

so adding 12,006 to 120,774 (yesterday's reg sho) = 132,780
out of a new total (also conveniently noted by fidelity in
their eod *tally* =

JBII Volume = 261,877

notice ~ 249,871 (noted above in finra's data volume total and 12,006
*equal* .. 261,877 .. exactly as noted in fidelity's eod total

now keeping it *simple* .. one divides 132,780 by 261,877
and the percentage becomes = 50.7 percent

===

not exactly sure why this is such an *issue* since we've done
this *exchange* a few times b4 .. i'm also not asking anyone
to agree with data or opinions on JBII or daily reg sho

but in the wise words of someone i learned well from .. there is more than
one way to view aspects

what is ironic to me re: yesterday's tape (which i'm still working on
due to real life intruding on my *observations*) is how the percentages
on JBII for the last 3 trading days (reg sho) are remarkably *consistent*

a little too consistent imo ..

regardless what i posted about months back is and has come true

percentages keep *morphing* ever higher re: reg sho .. even with
now *trades in triplicate* .. while i'm used to *duped* trades
trades in triplicate are relatively *new* to JBII .. and as i've
always posted one day .. a pattern doesn't make

btw .. MMs' ASCM STXG MICA are on notice re: what is *reported*
to finra for the month of DEC 2011 .. oh and fyi *mike*
i'm not the only one documenting JBII's *trades* .. :)
