TO ALL: I just got of the phone with HQNT. I was told the following.
1. Financials will be out shortly.

just spoke to the company. they have until May 20th to file annual but feel it will be out sooner. they would not elaborate on how much sooner.

TO ALL: Just talked to the company again. I was told that the 1st Qtr financials will be out, on time, by May 15th and that the Annual financils would be out on or before May 15th. Of particular interest, I was told that future financials will not be late as they have changed their entire accounting system.
