I have this gut feeling that once the lock is lifted on SFIO, if it is lifted on SFIO, that it will almost be like a birth of a new baby.

They will have to to crawl before they can walk and then walk before they can run.

I don't think they will be running right out of the gate as it's been too long that this lock has been in place and general interest has weakened.

I could very easily be wrong - I hope I am.
