NSS is an issue in stocks with insiders manipulation. If a company, even in OTC market, plays by the rule then there won't be any NSS issue. NSS has been known in shady stocks like SPNG, USXP and the like. As for CYOS, I don't think there is NSS issue here. If there was one volume would have been much, much higher.
