Here is a thought on the warrants...... Lets say you have 10 million shares at .0035 and you can buy 10 million shares at say .006. First I can buy my shares on the market for a cheaper price. However perhaps they were able to buy more shares at .0035 without excercising their warrants. I get just as many shares but at a 40% discount. I will let the warrants expire because I now have 20 million shares all at .0035...... This would mean that the company does not actually put out any more shares as the warrants expire without a buyer. Just a thought and the prices are hypothetical........... If they buy these shares and let them sit for one year they pay less tax too...........

1. How many shares do you hold
2. What price do you hold them at?
3. How long can you hold your shares?

The longer you can hold the less important time tables and PPS will matter. JMHO
