CYOS is a momo play based on the positive news out of DOJ, which is, I think, much better than just running on promotion. It may run to .01, eventually.
Today's buy/sell volume looks bullish, 19mm shares sell/16.5mm shares buy, although the stock gained some 1000% in two days. Chart points to a continuation bullish flag pattern. IMO.
