I anticipate a group of shareholders will bond together and they will call another special shareholders meeting in the event the previous proxy vote was illegal or did not have sufficient votes to remove Dave.

So what will the judge look at tomorrow before he/she decides:

The calling of the Proxy Vote?
The total shares voted?
The Firings?
The Hirings?
Non Approved by the BOD Audit committee?.
Non Approved by the BOD Nominating committee?
Independent directors filing press releases?

It looks like one more year will be wasted if it goes to trial. Will this mean T-Mobile wins by default.
