While I am concerned about the management bonus contracts also... I have just written that off as something that WILL happen. Until we get a sign otherwise, I am not sure why anybody in their right minds would expect anything other than insane dilution.

We know that mpsportswear is a separate corporation, but the nature of that agreement is critical. A. Apparel is likely huge business. B. They should get a cut of that EVEN IF they don't own the rights. C. If Brad, Cory or the Delucas are directly profiting from the sale of apparel outside of MSLP, it is 100% important. It is probably the absolute most important piece of this puzzle for me.
