It appears to me the ex- dividend date will be the day after the dividend shares are delivered. The dividend only goes to those shareholders of record as of close on 12/23. It is very important to note that you must not sell your shares between the 23rd and the delivery because the divy shares go with the gtgp shares and become whomever buys your gtgp shares.
