why is this news? this will be nothing but her usual rants that we hear every week or so on youtube. I'll give you a preview:

"business is growing like lightning beyond our expectations" (this means nothing if you couldn't guess)

"the dtc chill on emax will be lifted soon" (don't hold your breath)

"we are working with our SEC attorneys to become fully reporting" (sure you are! lol)

"we have much more to say in 2012"

"we will love shareholder questions, keep them coming" (and then proceed to ignore MOST of them)

I know I missed a couple, but this is basically it. I just saved you all some time from having to listen to the restated bull.
