See my post 795 for some background on Tim Barton who MAY be posting on this board as bartontim. And is posting on Yahoo as TimBarton.
He was supposed to be the money source for the Carnegie group who took over the CME portion of J/V with Tarm in August.He did NOT supply the monies expected. I do not know what his payoff would be from that deal.
I note from the supposed law suit filed in Texas that Jeff Holt who was President of Springbox one of the founding partners of CME before it became Carnegie is also being sued by CME Operations LLC a Panama group and Carnegie Mining and Exploration Inc
