We already knew that Holidays was going to be the next excuse . He will probably even try to use Valentines day in some way in February to delay it even more .
In March the March winds will blow away the paper work
Then he will work Easter in April to delay it even further .
Then when the April showers bring May flowers it will cause his allergies to act up again and still yet another delay.
When it is June he will not be able to deliver the paper work because he can't go outside in June because he has a natural fear of June Bugs.
One dumb excuse after another. It goes on and on.
