Why is the stock being priced this low? The company makes in-demand widely used chemicals and EARNS about 7x it's current share price in ANNUAL PROFIT alone. What has gone wrong here? as even before the mention of merger/privitization these shares went from a high of $6.50 in January 2011 to under $0.10 cents ... if they said they were going to pay $1.50 (and that is well under BV), this means shares are worth considerably more and they probably could relist them elsewhere at 5X the $1.50, nevertheless I still would like to understand why the shares are being priced where they are which is currently $0.065? Anyone here have a good understanding of this without the agenda?
