Hope holidays have been good to you and family.

I respectively half disaggree with you. If ok i want to just add my penny and 1/2 to it.

Under whatevever has a stranglehold on PHAR and Howard , i aggree , he might be doing all he can.

But IMO as a CEO he can address his investors in a transparent manner on issues that have occured for 4months now. That to me is a no brainer. Im smart enough to know that there are legal issues you cant entertain with shareholders, but there are many concerns that have been ran in the ground without word.

The Oct. PR , which for me was huge on rollback, whats up. If read carefully by all, 45days had been spent by Board and Shareholders involved, putting in this market wire for public domain that its effective immediatly and its purpose was to attract investors so as to help with Phase 1 funding.
Not filed, not recorded, nothing. Would that not constitute a clear SEC violation making these claims. If not you could put out we struck oil under the Wilson plant.

What im saying my friend is HOWARD as CEO can come forward as to updates on manufactering side(claims testing, lab, etc.) what the delay is on rollback. Any investor that took every detail of a PR of this importance and raised his position has a right to know were that issue stands.

Howard ,or whoever is pulling the strings for HOWARD is keeping HOWARD in a private Company mentality and this is the big league.
