I share your concerns about the rather obvious decline in the pps of XPNG. I have talked to Aaron Lamkin of the Regency Group regarding steps the company can take to begin an investigation, beyond what they have already done. I am documenting the trading activity for my own reference today as well. The company should be doing the same I would think.
I have alerted Dave Patch of investigatethesec.com, and referred Mr. Lamkin to our website. Dave is more than willing to talk to the company/corporate attorneys, etc. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
