i respectfully disagree, while i believe his credentials as an inventor and industry technical expert are precisely what the company needs on the technical side of things, by virtue of the fact that he accepted an executive position that requires that he not only abide by corporate rules and regulations but also that he is directly involved in seeing that the company comply with them, he has shown everybody that he either does not know what he is doing, or that he does not care. And this is not even including the fact that in addition to being an officer he is also a director which even further holds him accountable. Either he is a total fool or a liar and either way he has disqualified himself. however, if he were to come to his senses and submit a resignation letter to williams for what he has done then he might be able to have a future with the company once things are sorted out on the director side of things
