that's the only reason to fire or vote against dave williams that's the only mistake that he made during his directorship at calypso

behind the scenes alot of shareholders have been watching both williams and desmond and kyle and turinni, i'd be willing to bet that the reports against the management side are criminal whereas on the independent director side it boils down to things that have no legal remedy

like saying "(i'm sick and tired of you lying and stealing from me so) SIT DOWN AND SHUT UP", good luck getting damages from williams for saying that
