a clear answer is CEO doesnt have concerns about filing on time, he gives it to the lawyer n waits to look it over n sign. other then that his mind n time is on buliding the busness, he is not a CEO that cares about price or shareholders, his care is about long term n thats it. he has publicly stated it more then once.

it is well known FBCD has been late over n over, i use this n wait to buy till the dip comes from waitin n as people post flase doubts, fear, scam, etc use that let others post their BS n as the price drops buy, i added shares again today under .004
personally i wont add above 4 till the filing shows up with that revenue in it.

L2 has 1M on bid at .0037 not showin at the moment but its still there. FBCD has bid support n should hold. filing could come at any moment or take a week there really is no knowing.

all i konw is i will own shares for the run that is coming with the filing/revenue!!
