Arbitrage relative to .03-.10 levels...

I see arbitrage as the fundamentals of this company or share structure have not changed but the stock price has plummetted... just like the price of silver and gold right now.... the spot price going down is actually the proof of the manipulated system we are currently within. There is a currency crisis and precious metals are going down on the "risk trade?" Come on, give me a break, the markets are juiced these days.

Remember the unusual trading activity?
(Cough market makers wanted more shares?)
