Well Mr. Cheney needs to get off his duff and do some marketing. What good is a license if you just sit on it and wait for something to happen?

And GEAR does not have the EVXA equipment - all they have is a sub-license which they are also sitting on. I don't understand why EVXA gave GEAR the license since they already had a JV with GEAR for the Silver Cord mine.
