proxy vote for shareholders. the board wants to do a 1/2 or up to a 1/12 r/s. to be voted on at the end of january 2012. they want shareholders to print out and sign yes or no on this form. it is on the i-hub news or on my trading account news letters. i am in disbelief and will be voting no! printing the form out and sending it in now.
