No, we state that we have received no notice (from the NASD) that a 211 was cleared for a market maker to publish proprietary quotes. This stock does not have proprietary quotes, only unsolicited quotes. As such, we require the company to make certain disclosure, including providing updated quarterly financial information, which they have not done, for each quarter. When the company posts 3/31/05 financial information , the quote will be restored.
