TD Ameritrade has never been penny trader friendly, after missing out on several very good penny plays [because they either would not sell shares or you had to call trades in wasting precious minutes]- I got myself an E-Trade account and no longer have those issues.

Also Etrade has there own MM ETMM, So they are easier equipped to handle the trades to begin with.
