A PR takes very little time, and very little money to issue. The difference with your business, where you answer to no one, is that (I assume) it's not publicly traded. When it is, you have someone you are required to answer to, namely the OWNERS (shareholders). I didn't/don't mind the lack of PR's for each and every little event, but they have PR'd MUCH more trivial items than $700K+ of stock being added to the OS.

Do I believe the company is legitimate....yes. Do I understand that capital is needed to commence certain operations......yes! Do I think that keeping silent while undertaking actions that will most certainly undermine investor confidence, and cause selling (panic or otherwise) just when time consuming and expensive corporate actions you have already taken are finally coming to a head.....HELLS NO!

If you can PR that you have "completed taste tests", you can certaily PR that you issued $700K worth of shares to "open your first retail location" or "ship 5 more containers of wine" or whatever they did with the money.

As I have said repeatedly, I ain't no basher, and I ain't no cheerleader or pumper. I am an investor, who wants his investment to do well. While I'm still holding to see how this plays out, I can't pretend that this was not a stupid action (since it was done without an explaination that not only could have helped the squeeze that was shaping up this morning instead of squashing it) or at the very least, stupid timing!
