FMCSA Releases the Final Hours of Service Rule.

I actually thought the FMCSA would forego this ruling since the Hours of Service Rule that was in place was sufficiently reducing the number of accidents. The thing that needs to be put into place is the EOBR mandate to enforce the current HOS rules, not new HOS rules that still have no way to be enforced. just my opinion though.
