Lochan, no, I don't think they are waiting to include year end numbers. That would another 60 day minimum wait. From what I hear, the CPA is haggling of some misc. expenses.

Candidly, while I want to believe it, I am having a hard time. These are not audited or most likely, even reviewed fins. At best a compilation. But we will see. I have the heard the footnotes are a must read.
