I have been playing this 'pennies' game a long time. Win some, lose some. It is a matter of 'leverage' for me. I play puts, calls and pennies...to make me feel like I am a REAL player.

Never had much to put in stocks but I also felt that if you didn't have at least 500 shares of anything, brokerage buying and selling would eat up any profits you may have (you may remember the days when trade pricing was set at $35 or more so having 20 shares of something going up $4 bucks a share {20% gain!!!)and selling meant you ended up with $10 [given the $35 cost of buying and selling).

That being the case, I gravitated towards penny stocks so I could mannage that 500 share 'optimization'. The bucks2pennies stick is two sided....couldn't buy buck shares, so I switched to penny shares AND, of course, was not a wizzkid, so what few bucks I put into penny stocks MOST OFTEN became pennies...the stick is very appropriate for me.
