Market is again underwhelmed by the news. On a percentage basis, this is great since this situation accounts for a significant percentage of yearly sales (why isn't the amount listed in shekels?). However the overall amount isn't anything to get too fired up about. With no additional information given we can only assume that $100,000/10,000kits = $10/kit to IDTA? This doesn't come close to matching what the last PR stated. Of course that PR was for the legal law enforcement segment only. Maybe that doesn't include the kits or the type of kits that this PR is referring to. Hopefully not, since "France" accounted for 12,500 kits between Nov. 1 and Dec. 14. 10,000 for an entire year would seem to be going backwards.
Thankfully we have Jaacoff to continually feed us partial, ambiguous, and potentially intentionally confusing information so that nobody actually knows what's goign on.
At least the PR didn't say "France will purchase a number of kits in a matter of weeks."
