is in effect during the time that we have a registration under review by
the SEC, so it began on April 5 when we filed our S-4.
We currently have 2 registrations under review: a Form S-4 to register
the shares to be issued in the acquisition of BSD Software, and a Form
S-3 to register warrants issued in connection with our $100 million
Standby Equity Distribution Agreement. Yesterday, we filed amendments
to both documents addressing some comments from the SEC. When the SEC
declares both registrations effective, the quiet period will be over.
During the quiet period, we are extremely limited in what we can say.
As an aside, the SEC recently announced that they will be putting an end
to quiet periods going forward. This change will probably go into
effect later this year.
Again, thank you for your interest and support in NeoMedia.
