Because this is the only vent since they will not respond to phone calls and emails. I do not need to be reminded of the poor timing and or choice and who is responsible, but is not mgt. in any way responsible and do they not have a fiduciary responsibility to all shareholders? I think it is a two way street. You just don't take investors money and say, Sorry you knew the risk, screw you, your money is gone and ignore them. If you do then you are no more than a scam and not a legit company. Maybe I misunderstood you. Are you telling me and others this is a scam and we should have all known better?
