Q.....i'm one of Ike's scam victims.And like i have stated before on many occasions, i am doing all i can to make proper officials(be it county,state,local,federal,universities, etc)be aware about consequences dealing with this swindler, to let them know what i know.I just want them to be aware that i, as a tax payer don't wish all these dealings with that deceitful Ike turn in to another the phony solyndra scandal.I do have an obligation as a tax payer.

You are one of the very few that know about it probably better than anyone else.
