Mitch White concurrently resigned from CYOP Systems International Inc. as Chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. .

Mr. Smyth was most recently the Chairman and CEO of Gaming Transactions Inc., the parent company of Keno.com Ltd. (UK). He also serves as Director and Secretary to Red Felt Software Ltd. (UK), a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.
