1. We are working on finalizing a partnership that will enable us to turn out the new THC e-cig in significant numbers.

2. We are working out a partnership that will enable us to have significant distribution of the new THC e-cig right out of the gate instead of going to each dispensary individually.

NOTE: We have been working right through the holiday to get all these deals done. It takes time to get things done right yet many investors seem to think that we should be concentrating on news releases even though many of you have expressed extreme distaste with things like shareholder updates or items of a speculative nature.

3. Harvest numbers will be in soon.

4. Please understand we are very busy putting deals together so that when it is done we will have a SUBSTANTIVE news release(s).

5. In order for a stock to perform, the company has to perform. We are concentrating on the company as many of you requested before. At this time many investors think it is our job to push the stock with premature news releases. Some have even suggested that it is even more important to be managing the marketplace (buying stock and supporting the bid) which is illegal.

Finally, you have invested in a publicly traded company that has several businesses. It is our job to ensure that the company grows. When we have everything buttoned up and have ironclad agreements (will be soon) we will begin announcing. When these items are announced, they will be clear and will answer all questions.
